Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: August 5, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of launchlocalnow.com and any website design, hosting, or maintenance services provided by Launch Local Now (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services or using this Site, you agree to these Terms.

Services Provided

We design and build websites for local small businesses, and may provide ongoing hosting and maintenance services for clients who choose to continue after launch. The specific scope of work for your project will be based on the information you provide through our Getting Started questionnaire or in direct communication with us.

Website Preview and Approval

We will build your website and share a private preview link so you can review it before it is made public. No payment is required to receive or review a preview. Your website will not be published live, and no domain will be purchased on your behalf, until you approve the preview and complete payment as described below.

Fees and Payment

Setup fees and any ongoing hosting or maintenance fees will be quoted to you before work begins or before your site goes live. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Monthly hosting and maintenance fees are billed on a recurring, month-to-month basis with no long-term contract, and you may cancel at any time by notifying us; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Domain Names

If you do not already own a domain name, you are responsible for purchasing and renewing your own domain once you are ready to launch. We can assist with this process, but the domain registration itself, and its ongoing renewal, is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Revisions

A reasonable number of revisions to the initial design are included before launch. Significant changes in scope, additional pages, or requests made after launch may be treated as new work and quoted separately.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Once your setup fee is paid in full, you own the content, branding, and finished design created specifically for your website. We may retain and reuse general templates, layouts, and code structures that are not specific to your business for other client projects.

Portfolio Use

For clients who agree to our launch-partner or promotional offers, we may feature your finished website, business name, and a testimonial in our own portfolio and marketing materials, as described in the agreement you sign as part of onboarding. You may withdraw this permission at any time by contacting us.

Cancellation and Refunds

If you cancel a project before the website preview is delivered, any setup fee paid may be refunded at our discretion, less any work already completed. Once a website has been published live, setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly hosting and maintenance fees are non-refundable for the current billing period once charged, but no future payments will be collected after cancellation.

No Guarantee of Results

While we design your website to be professional and effective, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, such as increased sales, leads, or search engine rankings, as these depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Launch Local Now is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or this Site, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the services in question.

Third-Party Services

Our services rely on third-party providers, including Stripe for payment processing, Bluehost for web hosting, and WPForms for form handling. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or policies of these third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
